An-O-Chords Annual Summer Show and Salmon BBQ

Every year, on the last weekend of July, Anacortes rocks to some of the best vocal harmony on the planet.  In 2010, July 23-24-25 marks our 55 ^th Annual Summer Show & BBQ, as always, featuring a top international quartet, the best regional talent and, of course, the fifty voices of the An-O-Chords Barbershop Chorus.

Storm Front!, our 2010 Headliners, is clearly the funniest group performing in barbershop today.  They have been the hands-down crowd favorite for the last two years at the Barbershop Harmony Society's international contest.  Incredible multi-faceted musicians, they promise to entertain and amaze. The An-O-Chords show will be their first concert in the Pacific Northwest.  In 2009, they finished third at International and are a STRONG contender to win it all in 2010,  (just three weeks prior to our show!).  Their repertoire is astonishing, from Barbershop to  jazz and gospel.  They're sure to thrill every "true believer" in the "smile power" of good-time harmony!

A VLQ (very large quartet!) from up the road in Bellingham, WA, these men are our close neighbors and close friends in close harmony.  They'll be delightful.
